Behavioural Science in Life Insurance

Abstract

SCOR is investing in Behavioural Science recognising the need to understand our customers in a changing environment where interactions are becoming more frequent. We have identified opportunities to apply Behavioural Economics to improve our understanding of customers at all points of the insurance journey for our clients all over the world selling life and health insurance. We are reaching out for academic support to develop experimental procedures to test some of these applications. In this session we will present four experiment ideas that we have developed based on questions we have about behaviour related to Insurance business.
