Christian ROBERT, President of SAF Laboratory

The Actuarial and Financial Sciences Laboratory is the first insurance and quantitative finance laboratory to succeed in interdisciplinarity.
Being particularly dynamic in the development of projects financed by both the public and private sectors, the laboratory claims itself to be interdisciplinary with the main objective of studying the management of risks. Mathematics applied to actuarial sciences remains our strong point, while economic sciences and management broaden our vision and awareness surrounding the management of risks in business.

Rating of the SAF Laboratory

When rating the laboratory early 2015, HCERES recognised the prestige, the influence and the high standards of the laboratory.
